How To Enrol Your Child With KDSF
Infant Stimulation Programme (ISP) - Babies (0-18 months)

Babies (0-18 months)

  1. Gross Motor
    This skill involves posture and movements. Activities include: rollover, crawling, sitting. Normal children development stages are used as a guideline for activities for children with Down Syndrome.

  2. Fine Motor
    Simple activities to stimulate babies in exploring and manipulating of objects. Eg: raking, grasping, transferring of objects from hands.

  3. Perceptual Skills
    Activities enhancing eye contact and visual stimulation and memory. Activities based on Baby School Program

  4. Early Language Skills
    o Activities that prepares babies with basic needs in learning language. Such as oral motor massage, eye contact, listening skills and imitation skills.
